We have developed our Guest Care Plan to ensure everyone stays safe while staying at Cranleigh.
We are informing all guest they MUST NOT travel if they or any of their household have Coronavirus symptoms within 14 days of their arrival. We will help a guest who cannot travel with their bookings.
We have added flexibility to bookings made at cranleighbath.com. You can now make amendments to all bookings, including non-refundable at any time. These amendments include changing dates or transferring to other guests.
We have lowered the cost of our Flexible Rates which can be cancelled without charge until 7 days before arrival and amendments can be made at any time.
If you need to cancel a non-refundable booking you will be given a voucher for the full value of your reservation for you to use in the future.
